Is it really free to build?
Yes. We design and build your site first, then send you a link to preview the real thing. You only start the monthly plan once you have seen it and want to go live. No deposit, no build fee.
What happens if I cancel?
On a website plan there is no contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your site stays online while you are subscribed, and if you leave, we help you move your domain and take your content with you. Growth and Leads have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. After that you can cancel in any month, and you drop to a website plan: you keep the site, the content we wrote, and your domain, and only the SEO work stops.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and it is yours to keep. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you, no games.
Can I make changes to my site?
Quick text fixes like your hours, phone number, or a typo are always free on every plan. For regular updates, Professional includes five content changes a month and Business includes ten, or you can buy one-off changes anytime for $40 each.
What is the difference between basic and full SEO?
Basic SEO comes with every site: clean titles and meta, schema, a sitemap, and your Google Business Profile set up so you show up locally. Full SEO is Managed SEO, two plans that bundle the website with the ongoing work. Growth is $500 a month: everything in Business, plus keyword strategy, fresh content, AI answer optimization, Google Business Profile management, rank tracking, and a monthly report and call. Leads is $1,000 a month and adds a page for every area you serve, call tracking, and a quarterly strategy session.
What does the AI receptionist cost for a busy phone line?
The AI receptionist is $200 a month, which covers the normal call volume of a local business. A high-volume line, like hundreds of calls a week, several locations, or a call center, gets a custom quote, because the cost of running it grows with call minutes. It works on its own or alongside any website plan or Managed SEO.
Is this right for an online store or a blog?
These plans are built for straightforward business sites, from a one-page profile up to ten or more pages. If you need an online store, a booking system, a blog on a CMS, or a custom web app, that is a bigger project. Reach out and we will quote it directly.
How much are one-off changes?
One-off changes start at $40 each, so a small update never means signing up for a bigger plan. If you find yourself asking for several a month, the Professional or Business plan is the cheaper route.
