Diamond Pest Pro
LiveA multi-location local-SEO website build for a Carolinas home-service client
Built by Caden Sorenson · Launched August 2026
The project
Diamond Pest Pro is a home-service business that operates across four distinct markets in the Carolinas. A company in that position has a specific website problem: one generic “areas we serve” page does not rank in four separate cities. The brief was to give each branch and each service its own real page, backed by clean structured data, so the site could compete in local search everywhere the business actually works.
The build
This is a custom Astro 5 static site styled with Tailwind CSS v4, built in code with Claude. The design is a light, trustworthy look: an off-white base with deep indigo and green accents, bold sans-serif headlines, and photography of technicians at work. Trust markers like the review rating, the satisfaction guarantee, and licensing sit high on the page where they do the most work.
Key technical decisions:
- A page per location. Each of the four branches gets its own landing page at
/locations/[city-state]/, so every market has a dedicated URL to rank in local search rather than competing for one shared page. - A page per service. Each of the twelve services gets its own service page, so the site can target every service-and-city combination people actually search for instead of stuffing them onto one list.
- Structured data for local search. LocalBusiness and FAQPage JSON-LD give search engines the company’s locations, service area, rating, and FAQs in machine-readable form, which is what feeds rich results and map-pack visibility.
- Fast and image-light. The site ships as static HTML with optimized images, so it stays quick on mobile, where most of these searches happen.
- SEO in progress. Diamond Pest Pro is a new local-SEO client. The site is the foundation; the ongoing engagement builds on it, and there will be ranking and traffic numbers to show in the coming months.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Yes. Diamond Pest Pro is one example of Vient's client work for companies that operate in more than one town. Vient builds sites for home-service businesses that need to rank across several markets, with a dedicated page for each location and each service instead of one shared 'areas we serve' page. The contact page is the fastest way to start a project.

- From the blogBuilding a Single-Page Client Site, Mostly by Prompting ClaudeA local client had an Instagram and no website. I gave Claude the right prompt, all the real details, and a styling direction, and it built the three files. The hard part was getting the content, not the code.
- From the blogBuilding a Local-SEO Site for an Age-Restricted Shop, in Code This TimeI tried an AI website builder on one client site and ended up rebuilding it in code. So this one I built in Astro with Claude from the first commit. Here's what it takes to build a clean local-SEO site for an age-restricted retailer.
