SMS Lead Notification Consent
Addendum to the Vient Website Services Agreement.
Clients who want a text message each time their website's contact form is submitted opt in on paper, by completing and signing the addendum below as part of their Vient Website Services Agreement. Messages are sent from (866) 251-9969. Nobody else is ever messaged: no consumers, no marketing lists, no third parties.
What the client agrees to
Client requests and consents to receive automated text messages from Vient at the mobile number(s) listed on the addendum, sent from (866) 251-9969, each time a visitor submits the contact form on Client's website. Each message contains the lead's name, phone number and a short excerpt of their message so Client can call back quickly. The full enquiry is also delivered by email.
One message is sent per form submission; message frequency varies with website enquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Vient service. Vient does not sell or share these mobile numbers with third parties.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or reply HELP for help. Consent can also be withdrawn by telling Vient in writing, and the number is removed the same day.
